Participation Conditions

Please READ these terms carefully. By purchasing any product or service, you (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") agree to the following conditions.

Training / Services / Mentoring

KLRC LLC (referred to as "CHRISTOPHE VILLA", the "Company" or "www.christophe-villa.com") agrees to provide training, mentoring and coaching services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") under an (online) sales contract. The Client agrees to comply with all policies and procedures set out in these terms and conditions in connection with their participation in the Services.

Disclaimer

The Client understands that KLRC LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant") is not an employee, agent, solicitor, physician, director, therapist, public relations officer, sales manager, financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant.

The Client understands that the Consultant has not promised, is not obliged to, and will not be required to:

  • Obtain or attempt to obtain employment, business or sales for the Client
  • Perform business management functions, including but not limited to accounting, tax or investment advice
  • Act as legal or tax counsel
  • Guarantee specific results in terms of revenue or performance
  • Introduce the Client to the Consultant's full network of contacts, media partners or business partners

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period for online training purchases, provided that less than 25% of the total content has been accessed. For personalised mentoring services, no refund will be available once the first session has taken place.

Refunds are granted only:

  • Upon written request sent to contact@christophe-villa.com
  • Within 14 days of the purchase date
  • If less than 25% of the content has been accessed
  • Before any individual mentoring session has taken place

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies and documents provided remain the exclusive property of KLRC LLC. Any reproduction, sharing or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.

Coaching and Mentoring Sessions

Coaching and mentoring sessions must be used within four (4) months of their booking date. Beyond this period, unused sessions will be forfeited with no possibility of refund.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and performance of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in the state where KLRC LLC is domiciled.
