Do I need to already be selling on Amazon to benefit from the coaching?

Not at all. My coaching is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced sellers. If you're just starting out, we'll begin with the fundamentals: product research, validation and sourcing. If you're already selling, we'll focus on optimising and scaling your existing business on Amazon UK.

How long before I see concrete results?

It depends on where you're starting from. For a beginner, allow 3 to 4 months to launch your first product and around 6 months to reach profitability. For an existing seller, listing and PPC optimisations typically show results within 2 to 4 weeks. Significant growth (+50% revenue) generally happens over a 3 to 6-month period.

What additional budget should I set aside on top of the coaching fee?

For a first Amazon FBA launch, budget between £2,500 and £7,000 for initial stock, samples, branding and your launch advertising spend. This varies depending on the product you choose. We'll define the right budget together during your first session based on your specific situation.

Do you coach across all Amazon niches?

Yes — I coach across all Amazon categories, except regulated products (food supplements, medical devices) that require specific certifications. My expertise is particularly strong in Home & Kitchen, Sports & Outdoors, and Beauty & Personal Care, which perform very well on Amazon UK.

Can I combine Amazon FBA with my own e-commerce website?

Absolutely — and it's actually a strategy I recommend for diversifying your income. Once your brand is established on Amazon, we can work on deploying a Shopify or WooCommerce store to sell direct. This also increases your business valuation if you ever plan to sell.

What happens if my product doesn't perform as expected?

This is exactly why we invest so much time in product validation upfront. My success rate is 87% on launched products. If a product doesn't perform as expected despite all the preparation, we analyse the reasons, adjust the strategy, and if needed, pivot to a new product.
